Privacy & Confidential Handling
[PRIVATE — CONFIDENTIAL] Iconoclashtic Records ⏺️ TM
This page explains how applications and concern reports are treated. Participation is voluntary, consent-based, and governed by separate written agreements. Nothing on this site stores your data.
No cloud storage on this site
Applications and concern reports are not saved to a database, server, or cloud account by this website. When you submit, your own email client opens with a pre-filled draft and attachments. The message is sent directly from you to the program administrator.
Marked [PRIVATE — CONFIDENTIAL]
Every generated application and concern email carries a [PRIVATE — CONFIDENTIAL] subject line and handling notice. This signals that the contents are confidential program materials and should be treated with care by the recipient.
Admin & Founder prior notice
Media and data changes are notified to both the program Administrator and the Founder before they take effect through the Notice Center. The notice carries a receipt ID, timestamp, and the current agreement bundle version. No change-notice data is stored on the site.
One designated recipient
Program submissions are addressed to the designated program administrator email. Concern reports are routed through the same confidential channel and handled by the independent administrator or legal/safety contact, not by participants or production staff.
Separate written agreements
Your application is not a consent to filming, interviews, or location use. Filming, appearance, and content-release permissions are provided in a separate written agreement with a clear opt-out process before any production begins.
Age verification & consent
Applicants must confirm they are at least 21 years old and legally eligible to participate. A copy of government-issued ID is requested only after selection and is used solely for age verification and written release processing.
Concern reports are protected
Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is prohibited. Reports are reviewed confidentially and may be escalated to legal or safety contacts. Anonymous reports are supported where technically possible, but email headers may reveal the sender depending on your mail provider.
