Code of Conduct & Consent
This is a professional program. It never requires romance, dating, sexual activity, exclusivity, living with the organizer, or the disclosure of private personal information. Any of these being requested of you is a reportable violation.
Respect for people
Treat every participant, staff member, vendor, and guest with professional respect at all times.
Zero tolerance
No harassment, threats, bullying, retaliation, intimidation, discrimination, theft, vandalism, or violence. Violations end participation immediately.
Respect for property
Care for all equipment, locations, and personal property. Report accidental damage immediately — honest reports are handled fairly.
Impairment
No alcohol or drug impairment during production, travel, work sessions, or any activity where safety is affected.
Confidentiality
Keep unreleased music, business information, passwords, addresses, financial details, and private personal information off social media and out of public posts.
Process
Follow the written withdrawal, dispute-resolution, and incident-reporting process. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is prohibited.
Consent, Filming & Locations
- · Filming, interviews, and publication are covered by a separate content-release agreement, not by the application form.
- · If any activity takes place in a residence, a separate written location and appearance permission is signed for that location, with a defined opt-out.
- · Participants may decline any specific shot, topic, or publication and request removal of unaired footage through the written opt-out process.
- · Private areas are never filmed. Closed-set rules apply on request.
- · Emergency contact details are collected only after selection and stored securely.
