Separate Written Agreement

Filming Consent Agreement

Filming Consent Agreement · v1.2 · effective 2026-08-01 · bundle LIC-AGR-2026.08

This agreement is provided after selection, before any production begins. It is separate from the application and from the content-release agreement. Signing it is required to participate in filmed activities. The program never requires romance, sexual activity, dating, exclusivity, or living with the organizer as a condition of filming or participation.

What This Agreement Covers

· Voluntary consent to be filmed, photographed, and recorded during program activities, workshops, interviews, and events.

· Location permissions for each filming site, including any optional on-site or shared housing.

· On-set conduct rules, closed-set protections, and privacy boundaries.

· How participants may decline a specific shot, topic, or location and request removal of unaired footage.

Voluntary Participation

· Filming is voluntary. A participant may decline any specific shoot, interview question, or on-camera activity without retaliation.

· Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship with Iconoclashtic Records or the organizer.

· No participant is required to live with the organizer, share private accommodations, or disclose private romantic or sexual information.

Location & Residence Protections

· If filming occurs in any residence, a separate written location and appearance permission is signed for that specific location.

· Private areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, changing areas, personal devices) are not filmed without explicit, separate written consent.

· Participants may request closed-set access for any activity or request that certain spaces be off-limits.

Opt-Out & Withdrawal Rights

· A participant may withdraw from the program or from continued filming at any time by giving written notice to the program administrator.

· A participant may request that specific unaired footage not be used or published, subject to the written opt-out process and any reasonable deadlines already passed for published content.

· Withdrawal does not excuse damage caused before the withdrawal date, but honest reporting of accidental damage is handled fairly.

What This Agreement Does NOT Require

· Romance, dating, sexual activity, or exclusivity of any kind.

· Disclosure of private personal information beyond what is reasonably needed for program logistics and safety.

· Living with the organizer or accepting private accommodations as a condition of participation.

· Waiving the right to report a concern, safety issue, or violation of the code of conduct.
