Prior-Notice Rule
Media and data changes are notified to the program Administrator and Founder before they take effect, using the standard lead time configured above. The notice is classified [PRIVATE — CONFIDENTIAL], carries a receipt ID and timestamp, and is generated from the browser as an email draft. Participants may request the change log through the program contact channel.
